Charter School Students

 

  • We provide online and in-studio music lessons (private + group) to students who use charter fund.

  • Services include: Instrumental & Vocal (classical/pop), Theory, Ensemble/Chamber, Exam & Recital Prep, Recording/College Portfolio.

  • We’re already an approved vendor with several academies. For those that require a staff member or parent to submit the request to add Belle Melodie, we’re happy to provide all required documents.

 

Regional Center Clients

  • We cooperate with Service Coordinators and families to align music instruction with client goals where appropriate.

  • We provide invoice, quotes, attendance logs, and progress notes upon request.

  • Note: Belle Melodie is an education provider (not medical/therapy); funding is subject to RC approval.

 

Homeschool Families

 

  • Flexible daytime scheduling, customized pacing, semester recitals, and optional ABRSM/MTAC preparation.

  • Discount for non-peak hours; Customized class design for self-group families. 

  • We support high school homeschoolers in designing coursework that fulfills the A–G “F” (Visual & Performing Arts) requirement for college applications.

Inclusive Access (B/VI, D/HH, non-verbal & other needs)

​

  • Accessible options: enlarged/contrasting scores, audio-first learning, simplified notation/tactile guides, visual metronomes, quiet-room breaks, AAC-friendly instruction.

  • Level-based placement only. We provide an accessible placement meeting with accommodations for B/VI and non-verbal/speech-impaired learners.

 

AP Course

 

  • AP® Music Theory (High School) preparation online/in-person

Funding & Paperwork

  • Charter: PO required before lessons; we bill school directly; we follow school cancel/attendance rules.

  • Regional Center: Services must be approved by your Coordinator; we provide quotes/invoices after approval.

  • Private/Homeschool: Pay directly or we invoice the charter school; we can provide itemized receipts for your records.

 

FAQs

 

  • Do you require auditions? We don’t require auditions, but we offer a trial lesson to better match teacher and student.

  • Are you a private school? No. We are a supplemental/enrichment provider. 

  • Online options? We have online options for some of our classes. But we encourage students to have in-person class if possible.

  • Accessibility? We have accessible parking and restrooms.
