Susanna Han is a dedicated music educator with a focus on early childhood education, emphasizing classical music's transformative power. She attributes violin lessons to fostering excellence in her students' academic, athletic, and personal achievements, noting their development into compassionate, driven leaders.
A graduate of Dr. Shinichi Suzuki’s Talent Education Institute in Matsumoto, Japan, Han leads the Suzuki Heritage Center in Little Italy, championing Suzuki's teaching methods. Her students achieve high musical honors, securing scholarships to prestigious universities and performing in notable competitions and ensembles.
With a master’s in educational leadership from the University of San Diego, Han is involved with several music associations and has served as president of the Musical Merit Foundation of Greater San Diego.
Married to pianist David Sanzi, she also performs with the La Jolla Symphony and Chorus, embodying her belief in music's deep, harmonious impact on the soul, as Plato noted.
